The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) on Friday evening, 28th August 2020, confirmed 160 new cases of coronavirus disease infection in Nigeria. Naija News reports that the new cases of COVID-19 infection were confirmed via a statement on the official Twitter handle of the health agency.
An Igbo group, Igbo for President Solidarity Group, currently headed by a Yoruba man, Dr Olukayode Oshiariyo, has listed 11 politicians from the South-Eastern states that can contest for presidency come 2023.
