The Public Relations Officer of the Nigeria Police Force, NPF, Anambra Command, Haruna Mohammed, on Wednesday disclosed that the command arrested a man for sexually violating a teenager at a hotel.
According to the police report, the self-acclaimed pastor of the Mountain Zion Deliverance Ministry, Ugamuma, Obosi, identified as pastor Chukwudi Chukwumezie was arrested for the second time violating young girls in the community with the guise of conducting a deliverance service on them.
Naija News learnt that Chukwumezie, 34, was apprehended for allegedly defiling a 15-year-old girl in Iyaba Egbema Ozubulu, Ekwusigo Local Government Area of the state.
Records have it that the same pastor was arrested about a year ago on similar case of defiling a 15-year-old girl in a hotel in Obosi. It was, however, gathered that Chukwumezie jumped bail after his first arrest.
Speaking on the condemnable act by Chukwumezie, Mohammed said the suspect would be charged after investigation.

“Police detectives took the victim to the hospital for medical examination, where penetration and laceration of her hymen were confirmed by a medical doctor, after which the suspect was charged.
“However, the same suspect, who jumped bail, had in July and August this year allegedly defiled another 15-year-old girl from Iyaba Egbema in Ozubulu, using the same mode of operation of false deliverance. The victim was equally taken to hospital for medical examination, where penetration was confirmed.”
