Princewill Chimezie Richard, the National President of the Biafra Nations Youth League, has tested positive for Coronavirus.

The development was revealed in a statement released by the group Press Secretary, Richard Dianabasi, on Monday.

Dianabasi in the statement noted that the BNYL leader tested positive because he received his brother who returned from Sweden days ago “and who also tested positive at a quarantine unit in Lagos.”

The group condemned President Muhammadu Buhari for doing a video record for national address, BNYL further stated that the President’s action does not depict the character of a good leader.

This is coming after the Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire, revealed that Nigeria recorded another Coronavirus death on Monday.

The minister said, “As of today, we have recorded 111 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria.”

“Till date, 3 persons have been discharged after successful treatment.”

“But sadly, another fatality was recorded over the weekend,” he said.
